Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations by instilling positive customer-focused behavior with associates and resolving issues promptly.
• Takes customer orders over the phone or in person with a positive attitude and prepares finished product in timely fashion.
• Manages department inventories by tracking weekly sales, ordering products, and maintaining freshness.
• Schedules Deli and Food Service associates, oversees training, rewards, recognizes performance, and conducts performance reviews.
• Develops and implements merchandising plans and monitors competitor activity to drive sales.
• Prepares, maintains, and tracks inventories to calculate gross monthly profits and maintains department records.
