PrimoHoagies - West Orange, NJ is seeking a versatile Deli Crew Member to support all front-of-house operations, including cashiering, sandwich making, and deli slicing. • Ability to safely use deli slicing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take accurate orders, and provide friendly cashier service.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) quickly and correctly.
• Operate deli slicer safely to prepare meats and cheeses to spec.
• Assemble sandwiches with toppings, condiments, and garnishes.
• Follow portion control and recipe standards for all hoagies.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations: sandwich line, deli station, counter, dining area.
• Package takeout and catering orders for accuracy and presentation.
• Handle phone orders and answer basic menu questions.
• Assist with prep: cutting produce, refilling line items, rotating inventory (FIFO), restocking supplies.
• Monitor and maintain proper levels of baked bread and deli ingredients.

PrimoHoagies is looking for a versatile Deli Crew Member to support all front-of-house operations, including cashiering, sandwich making, and deli slicing. Typical Schedule (actual hours may vary)

• Opening: 9 am to 5 pm
• Mid: 11 am to 7 pm
• Closing: 3 pm to 8:30 pm

What You’ll Do
