PrimoHoagies in Ardmore, PA is seeking a versatile Deli Crew Member to support all front-of-house operations, including cashiering, sandwich making, and deli slicing. You’ll help uphold the award-winning quality that led USA Today to recognize us as the Best Hoagie Shop in America three years running.

You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and assist with prep in a fast-paced environment, ensuring food safety and guest satisfaction with every sandwich.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take accurate orders, and provide friendly cashier service.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) quickly and correctly.
• Operate deli slicer safely to prepare meats and cheeses to spec.
• Assemble sandwiches with toppings, condiments, and garnishes.
• Follow portion control and recipe standards for all hoagies.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations: sandwich line, deli station, counter, dining area.
• Package takeout and catering orders for accuracy and presentation.
• Handle phone orders and answer basic menu questions.
• Assist with prep: cutting produce, refilling line items, rotating inventory (FIFO), restocking supplies.
• Monitor and maintain proper levels of baked bread and deli ingredients.

PrimoHoagies is looking for a versatile Deli Crew Member to support all front-of-house operations, including cashiering, sandwich making, and deli slicing. You’ll help uphold the award-winning quality that led USA Today to recognize us as the Best Hoagie Shop in America three years running. If you enjoy fast-paced teamwork, hands-on food prep, and direct customer service, you’ll fit right in.

Typical Schedule (actual hours may vary)

Opening: 9 am to 5 pm

Mid: 11 am to 7 pm

Closing: 3 pm to 8:30 pm

What You’ll Do

Greet customers, take accurate orders, and provide friendly cashier service

Process payments (cash, card, digital) quickly and correctly

Operate deli slicer safely to prepare meats and cheeses to spec
