Qualifications

• Food Handler’s Certificate within 10 days of employment.

• High tolerance for stress in a fast-paced deli environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the service counter across hot, cold, sandwich, bakery and juice bar stations.
• Set up the cold case at opening and refresh it by 5:00 pm.
• Portion, present and package merchandise per customer requests to minimize shrink.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and operate deli equipment safely.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and Counter staff to achieve department goals.
