Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a friendly deli team member to serve customers, slice, prepare and bag orders, and keep the case stocked. You will interact with shoppers courteously and ensure accuracy in pricing and portioning.

This role requires reliable communication, basic math for weighing items, dexterity for slicing, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training provided, and adherence to health and safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills for dealing with customers.
• Must have basic math skills for weighing and pricing products.
• Must have dexterity in hands to enable slicing and preparing of all deli products.
• Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds up to twenty percent (20%) of the time.

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers in the deli in a courteous manner and prepare orders to the customers satisfaction.
• Slice, cut, weigh, and price merchandise in a courteous manner.
• Unload deli merchandise and transport stock to storage areas.
• Maintain shelves and keep cases filled at all times.
• Promote new items and weekly specials.
• Greet customers and observe store policies.
