Job summary

Kj’s Market is seeking a part-time team member to provide top-notch guest service and maintain deli and kitchen standards. You will assist with product prep, receiving, stocking, and continuing to deliver smiles to guests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to engage guests.
• Knowledge of deli operations and chicken kitchen basics.
• Ability to lift 25 lb consistently and 50 lb occasionally is required.
• Must be able to read and understand information and directions.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and tool systems.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• To demonstrate superior guest service personally always
• Ensure the quality of product for sale meets FLC0 standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to FLC0 standards.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, and guest service as necessary to achieve standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
• Perform PA announcements.
