Job summary

Kj’s Market in Edgefield, SC is seeking a part-time team member to deliver exceptional guest service in our deli and kitchen. You’ll help with product prep, stocking, and guest interactions while upholding Floco Foods standards and cleanliness.

This role emphasizes teamwork, a friendly attitude, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible shifts, weekly pay, and benefits including 401K and tuition assistance are available.

Responsibilities

• To demonstrate superior guest service personally always
• Ensure the quality of product for sale meets Floco Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to Floco Foods standards.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, and guest service as necessary to achieve standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
• Perform PA announcements.

• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.

• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Effective communication, guest service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to effectively communicate with and take direction from supervision.
