Job summary

Kj’s Market is seeking a part-time team member to assist guests, stock deli and chicken kitchen areas, and uphold quality and safety standards.

The role emphasizes friendly guest service, teamwork, and the ability to lift light to moderate loads. 18+ years old and capable of standing for long periods are required. Training and flexible hours are available.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to engage guests and have fun.
• Team player with good communication.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and occasional 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and follow directions.
• Knowledge of deli and chicken kitchen operations.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Effective guest service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.
• Able to take direction from supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality meets standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety per standards.
• Perform product prep, receiving, ordering, stocking, and guest service as needed.

Responsibilities

• To demonstrate superior guest service personally always.
• Ensure the quality of product for sale meets Floco Foodsstandards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to Floco Foodsstandards.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, and guest service as necessary to achieve standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
• Perform PA announcements.
