• Prepare and cook food according to Co-op recipes to ensure consistent quality and presentation.

• Keep Grab & Go stations clean, stocked, and ready for customers.
• Communicate clearly with leads and team members to coordinate production and orders.
• Reduce food waste through portion control and careful inventory management.
• Assist with prep, setup, and ingredient organization for daily operations.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while keeping a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor production or workflow issues efficiently.
