Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Food Clerk to help create a fresh, welcoming store experience in our Fresh departments. You’ll build positive connections with customers, share product knowledge, and keep displays clean and inviting.

You will stock, rotate, and merchandise products, use technology to complete tasks, and follow food safety standards. The role spans Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery, with weekend availability a plus.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-first mindset and strong communication.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
• Previous retail or food service experience is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to learn and use job-specific technology.

Responsibilities
