Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is hiring a part-time Deli Clerk to join the Deli team. We provide training; you bring a positive attitude and a desire to learn. The main focus is to deliver remarkable customer service and create a fun, friendly atmosphere while engaging guests with samples and suggestive selling.

You’ll perform deli duties, help with salads and trays, ensure proper stocking, and follow food safety guidelines. This position offers a pathway to growth in a supportive employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age (18+ at Hornbacher's)
• Ability to learn quickly and follow safety guidelines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese for guests
• Prepare and dish up salads
• Serve food through the hot case when applicable
• Keep deli case stocked and visually appealing
• Prepare meat/cheese and veggie trays for display and sale
• Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations
