Job summary

Coborn's Incorporated is hiring a part-time Deli Clerk to join our Deli team. We provide training; you bring a positive attitude and desire to learn, delivering remarkable customer service with a friendly atmosphere and engaging guests through samples and suggestive selling.

You will slice, weigh, package, label meat and cheese, prepare salads, stock the deli, and prepare trays and other products while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older; Hornbacher's age requirement for this role is 18 years of age or older
• Experience in customer service and food handling is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for guests
• Prepare and dish up salads
• Serve food to guests through the hot case (as applicable at location)
• Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked and visually appealing
• Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products to be merchandised and sold
• Follow food safety guidelines and all health, safety and sanitation regulations
• May be responsible for dish washing, mixing ingredients, assembling catering orders, baking/frying products
