Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is hiring a part-time Deli Clerk to join the Deli team. The role focuses on delivering remarkable customer service, creating a friendly atmosphere, and engaging guests through samples and suggestive selling.

Responsibilities include slicing, weighing, packaging, and labeling meats and cheeses, preparing salads, and stocking the deli area. Training is provided to help you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for our guests.
• Prepare and dish up salads.
• Serve food to guests through the hot case (as applicable at location).
• Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked with merchandise and visually appealing.
• Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products to be merchandised and sold in the store.
• Follow food safety guidelines and all health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• In addition, may be responsible for dish washing, mixing ingredients, assembling catering orders, baking/frying products.
