We aim to make mealtime easier and more enjoyable for our guests, whether they need a quick lunch, a side dish, a dinner option, or feeding a crowd.

Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Helpful Service: Offer excellent guest service, handle interactions professionally, and assist guests with their needs to create a positive experience.
• Guest Assistance: Help guests locate items and answer the deli department phone professionally.
• Order Fulfillment: Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders and special requests with attention to detail.
• Customer Service: Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, supporting a positive experience.
• Quality Control: Inspect, rotate, maintain temperatures, and replenish deli products to uphold high standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain proper inventory levels of deli supplies.
• Food Safety: Maintain food safety logs and adhere to safety standards.
• Efficiency: Meet quality standards by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular attendance and provide notice for absences.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.
