Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Deli Clerk to help customers with healthy food choices by preparing fresh meals and providing excellent service. You will maintain deli displays, assist with special orders, and operate deli equipment while upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires reliable, energetic team players who can work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced grocery environment and provide friendly customer interactions daily.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent; experience in grocery/restaurant or equivalent is preferred.
• Be dependable, friendly and able to interact with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication and teamwork; able to take direction and work with others.
• Able to lift/carry up to 70 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours per shift.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers by preparing fresh and easy meals and providing high-level service.
• Ensure deli items are properly prepared, packaged and presented; maintain cleanliness of deli area.
• Fill, rotate, and maintain products and displays; prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment safely and according to standards; maintain safety and sanitation.
