Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is hiring a Deli Associate to assist customers with healthy choices and prepare fresh deli items. You will maintain clean, inviting displays, rotate stock, and handle special orders with care. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include operating deli equipment, helping with party trays, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or equivalent and related experience.
• Dependable, reliable, and friendly with positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good phone etiquette and ability to take special orders.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 70 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Follow safety rules and achieve applicable Food Handlers permit.
• Work in coolers and freezers as needed.

Responsabilités

• Help customers select healthy options and prepare fresh meals.
• Ensure deli items are properly prepared, packaged, and presented.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the deli area.
• Fill, rotate, and display products; assist with special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment like slicers, ovens, and scales per procedures.
• Receive and log shipments; check quantity, temperature and quality.
