DELI/CLERK (Finance)

Minimum Requirements:

• 6 months of food service experience.
• 6 months of customer service or related retail experience.
• Food Handlers Certification.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Availability to work weekends, any shift, and overtime.
• Less than high school education with up to one month of related experience or relevant education and training.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, and multi-task.
• Basic math skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with deli products.
• Knowledge of Fred Meyer policies and procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform duties listed on the daily tour sheet.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the deli area.
• Answer phones and promote company initiatives.
• Follow food safety standards and rotate products by date.
• Perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
