Deli Clerk

Contributions

• Deliver exceptional customer service and prepare food across deli, juice bar, pizza/sandwich, and hot bar sections.
• Maintain an attractive sales floor following Earth Fare merchandising guidelines; verify signage and pricing.
• Keep the department clean, sanitized, and organized, including fixtures, storage, workstations, freezers, and coolers.

Helpful and Preferred Knowledge and Experience

• Experience in food preparation/cooking in a restaurant, bakery, or catering setting is preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service environments is preferred.

Environmental Conditions & Physical Demands

• Work in a fast-paced environment focused on customer service.
• May work in cold environments.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, squat, push, pull, and maneuver heavy loads.
• Stand and be on your feet during shifts.
