Job Description

The Deli Clerk is responsible for assisting the Deli Manager and Assistant Deli Manager in daily operations, providing professional and courteous service, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and cleanliness. Responsibilities include customer service, food preparation, sanitation, and compliance with store policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers, ensuring satisfaction
• Slice and weigh deli meats and cheeses
• Maintain and stock department areas
• Clean equipment and maintain sanitation standards
• Communicate store promotions to customers
• Arrive at your workstation on time and dressed appropriately
• Follow safety policies and employee guidelines
• Adhere to the Customer Service Pledge and dress code
• Attend to your attendance responsibilities

Qualifications
