Responsibilities

• Engage peers to provide the best possible shopping experience, including checkout excellence.
• Communicate with team members and assign daily work tasks to meet goals.
• Mentor and coach teammates to exceed customer service and sales targets.
• Support training for new hires and cross-train high-potential staff.
• Assist with department scheduling to boost engagement and profitability.
• Ensure product freshness, rotation, dating, and adherence to safety standards.
• Lead ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing and product displays where needed.
• Operate a register and handle cash when required; participate in inventories.
