Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Knowledge of deli operations.
• Willingness to supervise hosts and train teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly service from the deli/bakery hosts.
• Meet budgeted sales, shrink and department profits.
• Maintain inventory and supplies levels.
• Operate department per merchandising and operating guidelines.
• Ensure product quality meets Floco Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout department.
• Train and guide staff to meet performance standards.
• Handle product prep, receiving, ordering, stocking, and guest service.
• Maintain labor budgets and scheduling standards.
• Perform PA announcements and other duties as assigned.
