Kj’s Market is seeking a hands-on leader for its deli/bakery department to motivate staff, ensure top-notch customer service, and manage daily operations in a fast-paced grocery setting.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, experience in deli operations, and the stamina to lift heavy items while upholding safety and quality standards. Join a family-owned retailer focused on smiles and hometown pride.

Formación

• Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to supervise staff.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Experience in deli operations and food safety.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure guests receive polite, friendly service from the deli/bakery department staff.
• Achieve budgeted sales, shrink and profits for the deli/bakery department.
• Maintain desired level of inventory and supplies.
• Operate the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines and programs.
• Ensure the quality of product for sale meets Floco Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to Floco Foods standards.
• Provide guidance, orientation, training and feedback to ensure deli department employees achieve satisfactory performance standards.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking and guest service as necessary to achieve standards.
• Maintain department’s labor budget and scheduling standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
• Performs PA announcements.
