Job summary

Military Deli & Bakery Services is seeking a part-time Shift Lead to support the Deli/Bakery Manager and oversee a 5–10 person team at a US Military Commissary location.

You will uphold food safety standards, train staff, and ensure excellent customer service while driving department efficiency and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years grocery or 2+ years food service experience.
• Shift lead/management experience mandatory.
• Able to stand and walk for an entire shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Open availability; some weekends and closing shifts.

Responsibilities
