Job summary

SpartanNash's Family Fare division is seeking a part-time Bakery/DeliAssociate in Paw Paw, MI. The role focuses on preparing and displaying Bakery/Deli products, labeling, stocking, and ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (GED preferred), basic math skills, and the ability to read and follow recipes and instructions. Travel to other departments may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and able to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
• Basic mathematical skills are required for handling recipes, weights, and measures.
• Ability to work as part of a team to meet store goals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and Produce Bakery/Deli Products to Production Planner.
• Package and Label Bakery/Deli Products per program plan.
• Merchandise Bakery/Deli Products per Flight plan/Merchandising Expectations.
• Stock Backroom with Bakery/Deli Products – Rotating and Dating Cases/Buckets.
• Notify the Bakery/ Deli Manager if products and supplies need to be ordered.
• Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines.
• Follow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations.
• Follow Guest Experience Guidelines.
