Family Fare, a SpartanNash store in Holland, Michigan, is hiring a part-time Deli & Bakery Associate. The role focuses on preparing and displaying bakery and deli items, packaging, and maintaining backroom stock. You’ll work with store teams to meet merchandising plans and ensure guest satisfaction.

The position requires a high school diploma (GED) preferred and about one year of retail experience. Physical duties include lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long periods in a retail

Formación

• High School Diploma (GED) preferred.
• One year of retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and produce bakery/deli products per production plan.
• Package and label bakery/deli items per program plan.
• Merchandise bakery/deli products per merchandising expectations.
• Stock backroom with bakery/deli products and rotate/dating cases.
• Work as a team with other departments and stores to drive growth.
• Notify Bakery/Deli Manager if products or supplies need ordering.
• Follow PPE, safety, and cleaning guidelines; guest experience standards.
