Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage peers to provide the best possible shopping experience, including checkout.
• Communicate with team and assign daily work tasks.
• Mentor and coach team members to exceed sales goals.
• Support training and cross-training of staff.
• Assist with department scheduling to improve engagement and performance.
• Lead ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing and product display where applicable.
• Uphold food safety and safe work practices.
