• Support training and cross-training of new teammates.
• Assist with department scheduling to improve engagement, service, and profitability.
• Ensure product freshness and proper rotation.
• Promote food safety and safe working practices.
• Lead ordering, receiving, stocking, and display where applicable.
• Foster Meijer culture, including diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Operate register and cash handling as needed.
