Job summary

Paycom in Morgantown, WV is seeking a Deli/Bakery CSR to deliver courteous, knowledgeable service at the counter. Responsibilities include assisting customers, slicing and pricing meats/cheeses, and preparing orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Deli counter or food preparation experience is required.
• Bakery experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and operate equipment (slicers, scales, cash registers).
• Excellent customer service, communication, and math skills.
• Food Handler certification is required.
• Flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, courteous service to deli and bakery customers.
• Assist with slicing, weighing, packaging, and pricing meats and cheeses.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Update displays and maintain clean, organized workstations.
• Take customer information and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
