Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service within the Deli Bakery Department to create a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness and be courteous to associates.
• Follow all technical manuals for processing, labeling and display of products.
• Ensure ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying of merchandise meets policy and guidelines
• Maintain proper sanitation, food handling and safety standards across the department
• Wear the Food Lion uniform with name badge and adhere to dress code
• Complete CBT, Training Packet and Training Aid courses as required
• Perform any other duties as assigned
