Job summary

Harris Teeter in Laurel, MD is hiring a part-time employee to take excellent care of our customers by satisfying needs and exceeding expectations. This role requires product knowledge, basic food preparation, sales ability, and strong teamwork to keep our store welcoming and efficient.

Responsibilities include preparing, processing, packaging, and stocking according to Fresh Foods Standards, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining clean work areas, unloading stock, and reloading

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Ability to read simple instructions and comprehend memos in English
• Ability to write simple correspondence in English
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers who speak English
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Take excellent care of customers by satisfying needs and exceeding expectations
• Prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Fresh Foods Standards
