Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part-time team member to take excellent care of our customers by meeting their needs and exceeding expectations. You will handle product preparation, packaging, stocking, and customer service in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining store standards, assisting with unloading and restocking, and upholding food safety procedures. Candidates must be 18+, with a GED or equivalent preferred and a willingness to train.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying each customer’s needs and exceeding expectations.
• Prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Fresh Foods Standards.
• Provide customer service, clean work areas, unload stock, and reload salvage products as needed according to standards.
