Job summary

Harris Teeter in Bowie, MD is seeking a part-time associate to take excellent care of customers by meeting their needs and exceeding expectations. The role includes product knowledge, food preparation, sales ability, customer relations, and collaboration with teammates to uphold Fresh Foods Standards.

Responsibilities include stocking, processing, packaging, and assisting customers while maintaining cleanliness and safety. Employees must be 18+ and complete required training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read English and write simple correspondence.
• Willingness to participate in required training and work with the team.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Take care of customers by satisfying needs and exceeding expectations.
• Possess product knowledge, assist with food preparation and stocking.
• Provide customer service, clean work areas, and assist with unloading/loading stock.
• Work with fellow associates to maintain Fresh Foods Standards.
