Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part-time associate to take excellent care of customers and exceed expectations. You will use product knowledge and teamwork to help customers find items and complete purchases in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Responsibilities include stocking, packaging, and maintaining Fresh Foods standards, while keeping areas clean and safe. Must be at least 18 and able to work with the team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Willingness to participate in required training.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers.
• Prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Fresh Foods standards.
• Assist with unloading and stocking merchandise, and manage salvage products as directed.
• Keep work areas clean and safe and cooperate with associates to create a great place to work and shop.
