Job summary

Harris Teeter in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a part-time associate to take excellent care of customers by meeting their needs and exceeding expectations. You will handle product knowledge, food preparation, sales, and customer relations while assisting teammates to maintain an inviting store environment.

Responsibilities include stocking, processing, packaging, and providing friendly service, plus following Fresh Foods Standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to participate in required training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying each customer’s needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Fresh Foods Standards.
• Provide customer service, clean work areas, unload stock, and reload salvage products.
