Qualifications

• Retail, food service, or customer service experience.
• On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.

• Able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily deli operations ensuring food safety, sanitation, and standards.
• Train, coach, and supervise team members for quality products and guest service.
• Oversee food prep, presentation, and inventory to reduce waste.
• Manage ordering, vendor deliveries, and cost controls to meet goals.
• Maintain clean, safe, and efficient work areas with regular equipment checks.
• Support scheduling and staffing needs in a team environment.
• Perform additional duties to ensure smooth deli operations and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to Company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
