Qualifications

• Support daily deli operations and ensure food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Train, coach, and supervise team members to deliver quality products and guest service.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and inventory to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
• Manage ordering, vendor deliveries, and cost controls to meet financial goals.
