The position supports deli operations with food safety compliance and teamwork, with on-site duties and flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, food service, or customer service roles.
• On-the-job training provided for all new team members.
• Must be able to stand for shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service while preparing food per recipes and brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary food prep and service area.
• Follow all food safety, handling, and cash-handling procedures.
• Stock, rotate, and display products to ensure freshness and appeal.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, sales promotions, and suggestive selling.
• Report safety concerns or customer issues to management and maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain punctuality, proper uniform, and a professional appearance.
• Adhere to the Company’s established policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
