Job summary

Glorioso’s Market in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a full-time Deli Manager who is outgoing, passionate, and eager to deliver exceptional customer service. This fast-paced role involves hands-on supervision, inventory management, scheduling, and training new staff with our Executive Chef.

You will oversee deli operations, merchandising, sample preparations, and occasional catering support, while maintaining a warm family atmosphere that blends Italian tradition with modern hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in deli or hospitality with a focus on meat and cheese a plus.
• Ability to schedule staff and manage daily operations.
• Strong customer service mindset and a team player.

We are an Italian market with grocery and hospitality services looking for a full-time Deli Manager. We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, polite, dedicated, and passionate person who cares about their work quality and likes interacting with customers.

This fast-paced, on-your-feet, fun job requires lots of personality and a great attitude to create fantastic customer service. We offer great hours, flexible schedules, a relaxed atmosphere, and a genuine family feel. Compensation will be based on experience.

Responsibilities include administrative duties such as preparing monthly work schedules, managing daily/weekly inventory needs, and some HR duties like implementing and conducting new employee training. Applicants will work with our Executive Chef to assist with occasional catering needs. Candidates will also work on the product side through the setup of merchandising and oversight of our various samplings.
