Family-owned since 1946, Glorioso's Italian Market needs a full-time Head Cashier/Customer Service Manager. At Glorioso's, we want our customers to have a positive and interactive experience while shopping, checking out at the registers, or attending a culinary class or event. We are looking for a motivated, dedicated, and passionate person to lead our team of cashiers and manage a store-wide training program.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers.
• Scan goods and collect payments.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change.
• Count money in cash drawer at beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct.
• Answer customers' questions and get a manager if answer doesn't solve the issue.
• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment.
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout area.
• Bag, box or wrap packages.
• Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers if need to.

DUTIES FOR CATERING

• Taking customer orders and keeping them organized among departments.
• Handling database entry information pertaining to catering clients.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Verifying the accuracy of orders and tracking through completion.
• Assisting in other duties as assigned.
• Taking Deliveries Order.
• Facilitate pick up orders.

ONLINE ORDER FULFILLMENT

• Receiving and processing customer orders from an online platform and fulfilling in a timely manner (shipping and curbside).
• Selecting the correct products from inventory based on customer orders and carefully packing them for shipping.
• Inspecting products for damage or defects before packing and shipping.
• Provided support with order fulfillment, including packing, shipping, and handling customer orders.

Communication with all managers and departments daily to ensure the information on specials, classes, events, and promotions are current and available to the team and customers.
