Job summary

The Tudor Rose Partnership LLP is seeking Delay Analysts at Consultant or Senior Consultant level to join our growing team of Planners and Delay Analysts across UK & Ireland.

The successful candidate should hold a construction degree with at least three years’ experience as a project planner and be proficient in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject and MS Project. Knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts and strong presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Required degree in construction.
• Minimum three years’ experience as a construction project planner.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject and MS Project.
• Knowledge of NEC and JCT contract forms.
• Understanding of contract and law in construction planning.
• Excellent team working and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong written and oral presentation skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple commissions.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques.

Responsibilities

• Forensic investigation of project delays.
• Prepare delay analyses across projects with evidence and reporting.
• Prepare programmes for new projects and resequence existing ones.
• Prepare reports for negotiation and dispute resolution.
• Defence of extension of time claims for various parties.
• Work independently or with client teams on live planning.
