Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, building construction, architecture, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Available to start between January 2027 and September 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Experience with construction project management, scheduling, cost controls is helpful but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; eager to learn scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Get hands-on experience learning how major construction project schedules are built, updated, and analyzed to uncover delays.
• Work with scheduling tools to explore project timelines and understand work progress.
• Analyze project records to piece together key facts and identify what happened.
