Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Delaware State Bar Association member in good standing (PA membership helpful).
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle motor vehicle accident cases in litigation daily.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft expert reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
