BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its Denver, Colorado team. The attorney will litigate motor vehicle liability and automobile accident cases for plaintiffs in Colorado, involving trial preparation and trial work without handling pre-suit matters.

The role requires a Juris Doctor, active Colorado bar membership, and strong writing and advocacy skills, with a preference for 3+ years of PI experience and the ability to manage a high volume of

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active State Bar membership in Colorado in good standing.
• 3+ years of personal injury, auto liability, or MVA experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation matters.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day litigation cases.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses, including drafting reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
