Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their Wilmington, DE office, helping clients obtain justice and grow the firm's presence.

The ideal candidate has a JD, Delaware license, and at least two years of PI litigation experience, with strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills.

You will manage cases from intake through resolution, coordinate with case managers, and collaborate with leadership while upholding nationwide litigation standards.

Qualifications

• JD required and active Delaware license in good standing.
• At least two years of Personal Injury litigation experience preferred.
• Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills are essential.
• Ability to independently manage a full inventory of pre-litigation and litigation cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, including trial.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients.
• Work within established national litigation systems and case standards.
• Exercise sound judgment and ownership over assigned matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams, case managers, and firm leadership.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with opposing counsel and stakeholders.
