Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Washington, DC to manage motor vehicle liability cases across DC, Virginia, and Maryland. The attorney will handle trial preparation and court appearances, representing plaintiffs in a fast-paced, expanding practice.

The role requires a JD from an ABA-accredited school, active bar admission in DC/MD/VA (Virginia preferred), and 2+ years of personal injury experience with strong writing and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active DC/MD/VA Bar in good standing; Virginia preferred.
• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and take them to trial.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle motor vehicle accident cases in Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
