Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate required.
• Minimum of three years of substantive paralegal experience supporting complex corporate or commercial litigation.
• Experience cite checking and Bluebooking briefs and other legal filings.
• Delaware Court of Chancery experience is required.
• Strong proofreading and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation-support technology.
• Overtime availability as case demands.

Responsibilities

• Provide substantive paralegal and case support through all phases of complex corporate litigation.
• Prepare and file pleadings in Delaware state and federal courts, focusing on the Delaware Court of Chancery.
• Maintain Delaware court knowledge and monitor rule updates.
• Independently cite check briefs and court submissions for accuracy.
• Bluebook and proofread filings.
• Create and manage case management systems and calendars.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and vendors on deadlines.
• Prepare hearing and trial materials and provide support during hearings and trials.
