Job summary

Friedman Williams in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 2-3+ years of law firm experience to join our team and support complex litigation matters from inception through trial.

You will assist with pleadings, discovery, filings, depositions and trial preparation, manage calendars and deadlines, and work closely with attorneys, clients and the courts.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of law firm litigation experience.
• Delaware Court of Chancery experience strongly preferred.
• Notary experience or willingness to become a notary (optional).
