Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager for an onsite 6-month contract in Tempe, AZ. The role centers on DEI program administration and employee relations support for ERN and related councils.

The ideal candidate will manage membership and leadership lists, help design and promote DEI initiatives, and coordinate onboarding and training while driving enterprise-wide communication across all levels.

Qualifications

• Key requirements include DEI, project management and employee relations.
• Experience supporting employee resource groups and inclusion programs.
• Passionate about inclusion and workplace equity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with Teams, Qualtrics and JIVE.
• Strong communication, analytical and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide program administration support for ERN and councils.
• Design, manage and promote ERN initiatives to boost engagement.
• Assist with onboarding and training of ERN leaders and council members.
• Drive communication plans across the enterprise for timely messaging.
• Partner with ERNs to track progress on projects and processes.
