Job summary

ERM is hiring Safety Managers (day shift & night shift) onsite at a key technology client’s Data Center construction project in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a full-time, 3-month limited-term role that may extend, focused on establishing and improving site safety programs across the project sites.

You will lead site-specific safety plans, audits, investigations, and performance reporting, while mentoring Site Safety Coordinators and promoting a strong, proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communicator.
• Experienced trainer on construction safety topics.
• Ability to communicate and solve problems with subcontractors as a team.
• Understanding multi-employer worksites and complex safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop site-specific safety plans and safety audits for projects.
• Ensure subcontractors and vendors submit required safety documentation and comply with client standards.
• Oversee site safety audits and inspections; document and correct violations.
• Facilitate incident investigations and root cause analyses; report findings.
• Support site safety coordinators and promote a strong safety culture.
• Coordinate emergency response, continuity, and crisis management plans.
