Dallas College seeks a Staff professional in the Office of Finance, Data & AI Analytics to lead advanced forecasting, multi-year budget planning, and AI-enabled process improvements. The role mentors analysts and evaluates innovative technologies to strengthen Finance operations.

The position involves designing dashboards and executive reports, analyzing revenues, expenditures, enrollment, and tuition, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations for Finance leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Public Administration, or related field.
Eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis and data modeling; executive presentation skills required.
Experience developing financial forecasts, long-range plans, and executive-level reporting; knowledge of BI tools and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsabilités

Develop advanced forecasting models supporting annual and multi-year budget planning.
Design dashboards, executive reports, and key performance metrics for Finance leadership.
Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations and identify risks/opportunities.
Research, evaluate, and pilot AI capabilities to improve financial analysis and processes.
